Thank you for shopping with Gulweras! we hope you are delighted with your purchase. if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist you with a return. please review our return policy below for more details:

  1. Eligibility for Returns
  • We accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale items are non-returnable unless otherwise specified.
  1. Non-returnable Items

      The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
  • Accessories, Stitched & ready to use items.
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Formal / Chiffon & Luxury Collection.
  1. How to Return an Item

      To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  3. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the items back.
  4. Please package your items securely to avoid damage during shipping.
  5. Return Shipping
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the item is safely returned.
  1. Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
  • Approved returns will be processed, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • If a gift was purchased for you, the refund will be issued to the gift-giver.
  • Restocking fee Min. Rs.200 or 5% of product price will be charged / adjusted at the time of refund back.

      At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the unwanted item for

      a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

* All products on our website are 100% original and delivered by Brand,             any customer who claims that product is not original must have proof form brand, otherwise return will not accepted.

* Due to the differences in color monitors / screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be Returned for this reason. We will only exchange or refund any product(s) if it is defected or wrong product(s) has been delivered.

* You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply.

*  Gulwears may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock; pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
